Project Manager

Ali, orginally from Cleveland, OH, graduated with a degree in architecture. After relocating to Florida, he embarked on his career in construction management, gaining experience across a diverse range of construction projects. With over 25 years of successful project management in the Greater Tampa Bay area, Ali brings extensive expertise in multi-family and hospitality construction to his role as a project manager at NJR Construction Group.

Jeff Green

Superintendant

Jeff, hailing from North Carolina, brings over 10 years of experience in the construction field, having worked on numerous projects along the East and Gulf Coasts. With a solid background in the framing industry, he has expanded his knowledge and expertise, which he now applies effectively at NJR Construction.

Jose Figueroa

Architectural Assistant

Jose joined NJR in 2023. He was born and raised in Colombia, and graduated from the University of San Buenaventura with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. His professional experience includes 3D modeling, renderings, and 2D Autocad drawings in residential, commercial, and planning projects. He will support and help define NJR's projects.
