Ken Romanczuk

Director of Construction

Ken has over 20 years’ experience in construction management.  He has worked on both residential and commercial projects in PA and FL, including residential developments with over 500 homes throughout FL. Ken has also been involved with 2 different top 10 builders in leadership roles over the past 10 years. Prior to joining NJR Construction Group, Ken recently spent 4 years working with a local developer focusing on urban infill and specialized in dense projects throughout the state of FL and GA. Ken holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and Florida and Georgia Commercial General Contractors licenses.
